Interior Designer Job Description

As a skilled Interior Designer, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creative thinking skills and bring designs to life based on conversations with clients.

  • To own the sales process and drive successful closures.
  • To ensure exceptional customer experience throughout a project.
  • To lead and deliver high-quality design deliverables.
  • To manage the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.

Job Requirements:

  • A degree or relevant diploma equivalent to 15 years of academic education.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years as an Interior Designer.
  • Successful delivery of at least 5 to 6 residential projects.
  • Proficient knowledge of design tools, presentation software, AutoCAD, and other relevant applications.
  • Expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning), and civil works services (specifications, installation details).
  • Ability to create a bill of quantities for customers, coordinate with internal and external agencies, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Strong behavioral attributes including result-oriented, team work, integrity, ethics, crisp, and meaningful communication.
  • High degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
