The Senior IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of various systems within a large organization.

This role bridges technology and operations, managing system configurations, monitoring performance, and resolving incidents while serving as the first point of contact for business users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration: Provide proactive system administration, troubleshooting, and technical support to ensure continuous system availability and performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues and outages, collaborating with vendors, developers, and application administrators to determine root cause and long-term resolution.
  • Automation Management: Manage automation infrastructure for data centers, middle distribution centers, and ship hubs to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Respond to system alerts and use monitoring tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency with applications such as HighJump Warehouse Management System, Oracle, SQL, Service Now, Genesys, Dispatch Track, Mercury Gate, and Logility.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; minimum 1-2 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a related role.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into user-friendly explanations.
