Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Water System Design Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to customers, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the transfer of knowledge and best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers, responding to their queries within a defined timeframe.
  • Analyze system performance to identify potential issues and initiate corrective actions or improvements with vendors.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensure the transfer of knowledge and best practices to management, other customer service divisions, and design organizations.
  • Attend technical meetings with customer engineering and maintenance organizations.
  • Carry out complex technical matters that have a direct impact on safety or economic issues.
  • Act autonomously without close supervision, utilizing specialist knowledge.
  • Collaborate with international teams to share best practices and improve system performance.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in water-mechanical systems.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic power transmission systems.
  • Understanding of system operations and maintenance.
  • Extensive experience in system design and analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with customers, vendors, and industry departments.
  • English: Advanced level.
