We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strength Coach to join our team.

This role will involve delivering high-intensity training sessions, functional strength development and mobility programs.

  • Conduct daily consultations with members to assess their needs and develop personalized training plans.
  • Lead group training sessions, including strength and conditioning exercises, as well as mobility and recovery programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective training programs that meet the needs of our members.
  • Monitor and track member progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Recognized certification in strength and conditioning coaching, such as NSCA-CSCS or NASM.
  • Minimum 18 months of experience in strength training, functional fitness or performance training.
  • Strong understanding of corrective exercise and injury prevention techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PASSION for performance-driven outcomes.
