We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to assist with onboarding our software products into customers' environments, initial configuration, maintenance and integration with existing applications and data repositories.

The successful candidate will work closely with Support, Customer Success and Training teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences through expert technical support for our products installed in enterprises.

The role involves managing network security, ensuring the smooth operation of technical aspects of the software and providing remote and in-person technical support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and taking ownership of customer goals, milestones, initiatives and issues from beginning to resolution.
  • Implementing our software in customers environments.
  • Managing and maintaining our software in customers environments.
  • Operating and using our software in customers environments to achieve customer objectives.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and time-management skills, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and experience working with client/server software environments.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a professional services position.
  • Thorough understanding and project management skills for a professional services position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of recent experience in a professional services position.
  • Experience using customer relationship management tools.
