Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

This is a key role for someone with the ability to lead and motivate others in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and visual merchandising. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through effective merchandise planning, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service through effective training, coaching, and feedback.
  • Store Operations: Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stockroom organization, and cash handling.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure high performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months work experience in a retail environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
