**Job Opportunity**

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an HR Executive.

About the Role:

  • Support end-to-end tech recruitment, ensuring seamless hiring processes.
  • Contribute to core HR operations, maintaining efficient employee onboarding and management systems.

Responsibilities:

Tech Hiring & Recruitment
  1. Talent Sourcing: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, creating job descriptions that attract top talent.
  2. Candidate Management: Source, screen, and schedule interviews for tech roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
  3. Recruitment Strategy: Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top tech talent.
  4. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
HR Operations
  1. Onboarding & Induction: Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, including pre-joining formalities, documentation, background checks, and the induction program.
  2. Leave & Attendance Management: Manage the leave and attendance system, process leave requests, and maintain accurate employee records.
  3. Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to compensation, leaves, salary deductions, and other HR-related matters.
  4. Data Management: Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with a high degree of accuracy.
  5. Compliance: Assist in ensuring all HR processes and records comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in a similar HR role, preferably with exposure to tech recruitment.
  • A strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
