Circle Security and Nodal Officer Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing security, safety, and compliance within our assigned circle.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks. They will be expected to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, maintain robust relationships with government agencies, and ensure strict compliance with regulatory directives.

  • Nodal Operations:
    • Lead and manage all nodal operations in the circle, ensuring adherence to regulatory and government frameworks.
    • Act as the primary interface for law enforcement agencies (LEAs) and government bodies in accordance with telecom licensing requirements.
  • Physical Security & Employee Safety:
    • Design and implement a risk-based security program tailored to the circle's unique requirements.
    • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of physical security technologies, including card access control systems, alarm systems, CCTV surveillance, and monitoring infrastructure.
    • Develop and enforce circle-wide employee safety policies in collaboration with the Circle Safety Officer and National Safety Head.
