Job Opportunity: Circle Security and Nodal Officer

About the Role:

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of company assets and personnel within the assigned circle. Strong leadership and communication skills are required to manage relationships with government agencies, law enforcement, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nodal Operations:
  1. The successful candidate will lead and manage all nodal operations in the circle, adhering to regulatory frameworks and maintaining effective relationships with law enforcement agencies.
  2. Ensuring strict compliance with relevant regulatory directives is paramount. Confidentiality and data secrecy are essential in this role.
Liaison Management:
  1. Fostering strong relationships and exhibiting excellent communication and networking skills to represent the company professionally is vital.
  2. Leveraging established relationships to support business continuity and resolve operational challenges promptly.
Physical Security & Employee Safety:
  1. Designing and implementing a risk-based security program tailored to the circle's unique requirements is essential.
  2. Regularly briefing senior leadership on emerging risks, security incidents, and mitigation plans protects company assets.
  3. Overseeing the deployment and maintenance of physical security technologies, including card access control systems, alarm systems, CCTV surveillance, and monitoring infrastructure.
  4. Developing and enforcing circle-wide employee safety policies in collaboration with the Circle Safety Officer and National Safety Head ensures a safe working environment.
