Documentation Specialist

The role of Research and Documentation Associate involves supporting technical experts in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from the field. The position emphasizes accurate documentation, visual mapping, and knowledge product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in and support field visits, surveys, meetings, and consultations to gather information
- Record stakeholder findings meticulously and present them in appropriate technical formats, including maps and visualisations
- Assist in the development and drafting of value chain strategies and final reports, including supplementing deliverables with relevant visuals and photographs
- Maintain clear and accurate records of the value chain development process
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's or Diploma in Environmental Science, Forestry, Natural Resource Management, or Business
- English and Hindi language proficiency
- 4 years of professional experience in sustainability, natural resources management, and communication; 2 years of experience in value chain promotion

- Strong communication and organisation abilities
- Fieldwork readiness and stakeholder engagement capacity
