Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Immersive Marketing Director to lead our visual storytelling and marketing efforts in the real estate sector. As an Immersive Marketing Director, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the creative vision for immersive real estate marketing campaigns, overseeing video production, 3D content creation, branding, and digital storytelling. You will work closely with clients, designers, marketing teams, and video production professionals to create compelling content that enhances property showcasing and drives engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing creative strategies that align with ArchVi's vision for real estate marketing.
- Working closely with clients, real estate developers, and internal teams to understand objectives and translate them into high-impact visual content.
- Leading and mentoring a team of designers, video editors, photographers, and 3D artists to deliver top-notch creative output.
- Conceptualizing and overseeing 3D visualization, virtual tours, branding, videos, and marketing collateral that enhance real estate engagement.
- Managing the end-to-end creative process, from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Staying updated on industry trends, PropTech innovations, and digital marketing strategies to ensure our creative output remains cutting-edge.
- Overseeing client presentations and approvals, ensuring alignment with their brand identity and project goals.
- Collaborating with tech and marketing teams to optimize content for various digital platforms and interactive experiences.
