As a Centre Manager, you will lead our microfinance operations in rural areas. Your primary responsibilities include conducting surveys, sourcing new customers, and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular surveys to assess market potential and identify areas for growth.
  • Solicit new business opportunities by forming relationships with local communities and promoting our financial products.
  • Collect and verify customer information, ensuring accurate data entry and validation on our Loan Origination System (LOS).
  • Coordinate with regional managers to obtain necessary approvals and collaborate with credit officers for smooth disbursements.
  • Organize centre meetings, ensure high participation rates, and resolve customer queries while promoting additional services as defined.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with borrowers, adhering to strict compliance guidelines and upholding the highest standards of conduct.
  • Prepare daily reports detailing tasks completed and submitted to your supervisor, ensuring timely reconciliation with credit and operations teams.
  • Maintain critical performance metrics, such as lead-to-login ratios, adhere to established protocols, and embody our company's values.
