Our organization is looking for a highly skilled and experienced information security specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit and compliance, application security assessments, and AWS cloud security. They will be responsible for owning and executing end-to-end security audits and compliance initiatives across applications, infrastructure, and organizational processes.

  • Conduct thorough technical assessments of new clients to identify potential security risks.
  • Analyze and complete detailed cloud infrastructure security and compliance questionnaires to ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including ISO 27001 and GDPR.
  • Work closely with IT security, legal, and procurement teams to address concerns identified in security assessments and provide recommendations to improve security measures.
  • Develop and maintain internal security policies and procedures related to vendor assessments and third-party risk management.
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings from security assessments and risk analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Provide expert guidance on security best practices and compliance requirements to internal staff and external partners.

We are seeking an individual with a bachelor's degree in computer science, information security or a related field and at least 5 years of experience working in the field. Strong exposure to AWS cloud infrastructure, secure coding practices, vulnerability management, and threat modeling is essential. The ability to interpret and explain complex security configurations and policies in layman's terms is also required.
