About the Role

You will utilize cutting-edge AI technology to create, refine and evaluate novel games and apps on a daily basis.

As an integral team member, you will be responsible for several key tasks:

  • Rapid Game Development: Deliver new games/apps every day using our internal deployment tools.
  • Quality Assurance & Feedback: Thoroughly test your creations, provide ratings and detailed feedback on why they succeed or fail.
  • Peer Review: Engage in gameplay, ranking and annotation of fellow Vibe Coders' work to drive excellence.
  • Prompt Playbooks: Document winning strategies into reusable templates and knowledge bases.
  • Continuous Improvement: File concise bug reports and UX feedback to optimize the AI engine.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track engagement metrics and adjust parameters to boost retention.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with next-gen AI (ChatGPT, DALL-E/Midjourney, LLM chains) within 3 years.
  • Familiarity with gaming trends and ability to articulate what makes something enjoyable.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Critical thinking to eliminate underperforming ideas and focus on top performers.
  • Bonus qualifications: Basic proficiency in programming (JavaScript, Lua, React), marketing (Instagram, Twitter fluency) or data analysis (SQL).

Contract Type: Long-term contract.
