Job Title: Engineering Head for Plant Engineering

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the delivery of engineering services and solutions. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

This position involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering project management, operations delivery, and plant engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver plant engineering projects, allocating resources effectively and ensuring task completion within scope and budget.
  • Mentor engineers, ensuring effective team management and career development.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to align on project goals, expectations, timelines, and report preparation.
  • IDentify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans for successful delivery.
  • Evaluate all engineering processes and deliverables against quality standards and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in plant engineering services organizations.
  • Results-driven individual with people-oriented skills.
  • Diverse knowledge in Process, Piping, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines.
  • Ability to handle multiple customers and projects simultaneously.

  • Strong technical expertise in plant engineering and related fields.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.
