The role of Sales Growth Strategist at BAGIC involves driving health business in alignment with overall business strategy for the vertical, considering prevailing market conditions to ensure achievement of defined targets. The incumbent will formulate sales execution on ground and maintain and analyze sales reports accordingly.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze performance of agents and guide them to maximize their revenue by using upselling cross-selling strategies
- Manage relationships with bank branches assigned to the Health Sales team across the zone to drive health business
- Run campaigns trainings league programs for intermediaries in the zone to develop their knowledge of products enhance their sales capabilities
- Participate in recruitment process to identify right talent for various positions within the team
- Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of IMDs
Key Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
