Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing finance operations, contributing to strategic decision-making, and acting as a co-pilot to the founder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end bookkeeping, bills receivable/payable tracking, and invoice management
  • GST filings, tax return filings, and other statutory compliances
  • Cash flow management and cost optimization tracking
  • Financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling
  • Expense reporting, reconciliations, and building scalable financial systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CA Inter/CS/MBA Finance or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on expertise in bookkeeping, compliance, and FP&A
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros, etc.)
  • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools is a strong advantage
