Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to lead our email marketing efforts, develop client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Email Campaign Management: Develop targeted email campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  2. Lead Generation and Sales Growth: Identify potential clients and nurture leads through effective email marketing strategies and closing deals to expand our customer base.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored service packages and upsell relevant solutions.
  4. Market Research and Strategy Development: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer preferences; develop data-driven marketing strategies.
  5. Content Creation and Messaging: Collaborate with the content team to design email templates, create subject lines, and write compelling content that aligns with our company messaging and branding.
  6. Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of email campaigns using KPIs; make data-driven decisions to improve engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

Eligibility Criteria: 1-2 years of experience, knowledge of email marketing strategies, and excellent communication skills.
