Job Title: Ignition SCADA Expert

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design configure and deploy Ignition SCADA and MES applications for manufacturing operations.
  • Architect implement real-time data acquisition visualization reporting solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of OT systems PLC SCADA MES with enterprise IT systems ERP databases cloud.
  • Develop maintain secure efficient data exchange using REST APIs MQTT OPC UA protocols.
  • Manage industrial databases SQL historian timeseries databases for high availability performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production business needs.
  • Provide technical leadership in digital transformation initiatives such as Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing predictive analytics.
  • Troubleshoot optimize support existing SCADAMES deployments to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Mentor junior engineers support knowledge sharing across the engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have strong background in MES functions production tracking OEE downtime analysis traceability SPC etc.

Proficiency with database technologies SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL or equivalent is required.

Familiarity with manufacturing standards ISA95 ISA88 ISA99 IEC 62443 is a plus.
