Job Title: Branch Manager - Study Abroad

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to lead our Study Abroad team in India.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Study Abroad Industry, with a strong track record of achieving targets and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, motivation, and support to optimize team performance and productivity.
  • Target Achievement: Formulate and execute strategies to surpass set targets, ensuring the branch significantly contributes to the company's overall goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with clients, prioritizing high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline and enhance branch operations for increased efficiency, delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on branch performance, highlighting key metrics and achievements, to senior management.
  • Recruitment and Training: Participate in the recruitment process and contribute to the training and development of team members.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in immigration policies to make informed decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and branches to ensure a cohesive and synchronized approach to achieving business objectives.
