As an Account Manager for Small Business Sales (SBS), you will aim to align business activity with customer success to drive long-term growth sustainability at scale. You will focus on adoptions to customer success and growth impact.

Responsibilities

- Work towards assigned goals, while prioritizing and delivering an excellent customer business experience to Google's agencies and advertisers.
- Implement creative ways to improve our agency and customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other Google products.
- Communicate with customers/agencies via phone, email or direct contact.
- Provide advice and help our advertisers get the best return on investment on their advertising investment by working with them in a consultative role.
