Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that coding is completed in support of all timelines/deliverables.
  • Supporting other team members with their assignments.
  • Contributing to non-clinical initiatives related to dictionary maintenance and update, process improvement initiatives, system updates, and change management.

You will also troubleshoot coding problems, collaborating with peers, database developers, and IT support as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to author coding conventions, SOPs/WPs, and training materials.

In addition, you will need to have expert-level knowledge of medical terminology, including medical conditions and medications, as well as strong attention to detail.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in drug development and at least 3 years performing clinical coding.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results.
