Job Opportunity

  • Key responsibilities include applying instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging training content.
  • Proficiency in creating storyboards and presentations for eLearning, ILTs, and vILTs is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and deliver materials that meet client specifications.
  • Familiarity with content authoring tools such as Whatfix and WalkMe is a plus.
  • Developed expertise in creating content for SAP/ERP applications is essential.
Mandatory Skills

Instructional Design, strong written English skills, and experience developing content for SAP/ERP applications are mandatory requirements.

Desired Skills

Desirable skills include storyboarding experience, specifically in creating eLearning, ILT, and vILT-based training content.

Work Arrangements

This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring attendance at the office two days a week. The initial contract duration is three months, with potential for extension based on performance.

Working days: Monday to Friday
