Curriculum Planning Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Curriculum Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans and quality resources that ensure a successful teaching-learning process in the classroom environment.

Responsibilities
  • Researching and developing high-quality lesson plans and learning resources for grades 9 and 10.
  • Targeting achievable and productive learning objectives for each chapter.
  • Using effective and relevant teaching methodologies and strategies, including interdisciplinary questions and activities.
  • Creating a plan that ensures an interactive classroom environment and aims at the holistic development of the learners.
  • Training Teachers from time to time.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in History/Geography or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in teaching/curriculum planning.
  • Teaching experience of a minimum 2-3 years as a secondary school teacher is required.
  • Excellent subject knowledge and skills in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Proven understanding/skills in excellent written and oral communication, analysis, and content creation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet tight deadlines.
