We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to oversee end-to-end financial operations, drive process efficiency, and deliver exceptional client results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounting operations across multiple client accounts, including AP, AR, journal entries, and payroll journals.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in line with client deadlines.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS standards.
  • Execute regular bank reconciliations, process bank transactions, and apply credit memos across AP and AR accounts to ensure effective cash management.

Requirements

  • Professional accounting certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles.
  • Solid understanding and practical application of US GAAP accounting standards and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QBO, Xero, Bill.com, Yardi, Net-suite, Intacct is desirable.
