Technical Product Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Management expert to join our product team, driving roadmap and execution of a Next-gen Transaction Switch. As a key member of the Product Development Management team, you will be responsible for defining functional and technical requirements, partnering with Engineering colleagues to create robust roadmaps, and performing assigned tasks in the product development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Engineering colleagues to create robust roadmaps and perform assigned tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
  • At least six plus years of Product management/development/owner experience is preferred.
  • Minimum two years of Product Management or Technical Product Manager experience is required.
  • Possess passion and knowledge about technology, innovation, payments, and digital commerce.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and analyze financial information.
  • Superior communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must demonstrate basic understanding of software engineering and technology (e.g., cloud, database, SQL, or analytics tools).
  • Operates with minimal supervision and able to make informed, well-reasoned decisions independently.
  • Experience in presenting and communicating complex/detailed topics.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, organize, manage, and implement complex projects whether directly or through supervision.
  • Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer-oriented.
