Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new platform capabilities for real-time processing, analytics, and structured workflow in a 'Digital Core' environment.
  • Provide technology solutions to solve complex business problems and drive the bank's position as a digital leader in financial services.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in Operations teams to ensure delivery of effective solutions.
  • Contribute to skill-aligned chapter constructs across the Digital Operations platform to build innovative solutions effectively.
  • Assess new software projects and initiatives to support existing applications, leveraging technical expertise.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, application architecture, and design phases of the SDLC.
  • Implement operational controls and procedures for seamless transition from test to production environments.
Required Expertise:
  • A Java software engineer with 8+ years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Core Java, Collections skills, and extensive experience (8+ years).
  • Experience in Spring Framework (Core / Boot / Integration) is essential.
  • Good knowledge of design patterns applicable to data streaming and processing.
  • Familiarity with Apache Flink/Apache Kafka and ELK stack is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Flowable or similar BPMN/CMMN tooling is also highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular/JavaScript/React/Redux.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (TeamCity/Jenkins), Git/GitHub/GitLab.
  • Familiarity with Docker/containerization technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
  • A proven track record in agile SDLCs in large-scale enterprise environments.
