Senior Manager, Data Operations & Management

The primary goal of this role is to establish and advance observability, monitoring, and reliability practices across the Enterprise Data & Analytics Platforms landscape.

  • Responsibilities include defining and tracking key SLIs, SLOs, and KPIs across critical platform components and data pipelines.
  • Leadership involves integrating monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting tools to enable real-time insights and root cause analysis.
  • Collaboration with platform engineering, SRE, and product teams is essential to enhance observability coverage and automate incident responses.

The ideal candidate will have 11+ years of experience in platform engineering, site reliability engineering (SRE), DevOps, or observability roles. They will also have a deep understanding of monitoring distributed data platforms, data pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.

Key Skills:

  • Strong expertise with observability tools and platforms.

  • Experience setting and managing SLIs/SLOs/SLAs in high-availability environments.
