
Assistant Manager Position

The ideal candidate will possess a flair for numbers and be able to think big-picture. They should have excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
A successful Assistant Manager will have strong commercial insight and judgment, as well as the ability to influence key stakeholders and manage time effectively.
This role involves:
- Managing multiple responsibilities, including AOP delivery on volume, NSV, OP cash, and pricing
- Strengthening finance operations and processes
- Driving savings and hygiene through distributor ROI
- Reducing W/Capital/Provisions unlock
- Net Revenue Management, including trade spend management and BTL claim process
- Business partnering, providing financial/commercial expertise and insights
- Operations, including credit management, collection management, and debtor estimates/forecast review
- Compliance and governance, ensuring adherence to credit policy, BTL policy, TTL policy, and SOA
Responsibilities:
- AOP Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of AOP goals on volume, NSV, OP cash, and pricing
- Finance Operations: Strengthen finance processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Savings and Hygiene: Drive savings and hygiene initiatives through distributor ROI
- W/Capital/Provisions Unlock: Reduce unnecessary W/Capital/Provisions unlock
- Net Revenue Management: Manage net revenue through trade spend management and BTL claim process
- Business Partnering: Provide financial/commercial expertise and insights to stakeholders
- Operations: Manage credit management, collection management, and debtor estimates/forecast review
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with credit policy, BTL policy, TTL policy, and SOA
Skills and Qualifications:
