Job Overview

Evaluate and strengthen IT systems, ensuring regulatory compliance for clients. Develop expertise in risk management, internal controls, and IT governance to enhance business resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive IT audits covering general, application, and business process controls.
  • Perform audits in compliance with international standards like SOX, SOC, ISAE, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and frameworks such as COBIT and COSO.
  • Identify gaps in internal controls, recommend mitigation strategies, and support remediation efforts.
Risk Management & Compliance:
  • Assess IT risk management frameworks, data security policies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Provide advisory services on IT risk management, cybersecurity controls, and data protection strategies.
  • Support clients in regulatory compliance audits and certifications (e.g., SOX, PCI DSS, ISO).
IT Systems & Controls Evaluation:
  • Evaluate controls over critical IT infrastructure, including network security, databases, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE), and cloud environments.
  • Analyze application security, data integrity, change management, and access controls.
Client Engagement & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business processes and IT environments.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting key risks, control weaknesses, and actionable recommendations.
  • Present audit findings to client leadership and provide guidance on best practices for improving IT governance.
Continuous Improvement & Training:
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in IT assurance and audit.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide training on audit methodologies, risk management, and IT controls.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications like CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or CPA are preferred.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE), network security, cloud environments, and data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SOX, SOC, ISO 27001, PCI DSS) and IT security controls.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
