Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead our organization's financial management activities. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cash flow to ensure the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations Management: Manage day-to-day finance operations, including budgeting, spending, cash flow, and financial analysis.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts for management.
  • Vendor, Client, and Employee Payments: Oversee vendor, client, and employee payments, salary processing, and expense reimbursements with proper documentation.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely filing and payment of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and coordination with auditors for internal and external audits.
  • Financial Planning and Cost Optimization: Conduct financial planning and cost optimization; analyze income and expense tracking to maintain financial health.
  • Payment Follow-ups and Receivables/Payables Tracker: Drive payment follow-ups, maintain receivables/payables tracker, and handle banking and office visits as necessary.
  • Financial Process Implementation: Implement and maintain financial processes using ERP systems, Excel, and other tools.
  • Financial Insights for Leadership: Provide actionable financial insights to leadership for effective decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; CA or MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–6 years' experience in finance management roles, preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Indian statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, ESI).
  • Skills: Proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial modeling.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
