Job Overview

The Customer Care Analyst role is responsible for managing customer success, renewals, and commercial programs. This position requires experience in handling multiple global support initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage annual sales targets through a multi-channel approach to existing customers
  • Provide weekly reports and forecasts
  • Develop and drive commercial strategies for the Global Support organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Renewals and Success initiatives

This night-shift role supports North America customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer success and software renewals, focusing on target-driven results.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Renewals and/or Customer Success roles
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
