Oracle EPM FCCS Principal Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM FCCS Principal to join our team. As an Oracle EPM FCCS Principal, you will be responsible for the design and development of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS). This position will collaborate with various technical experts within our organization to implement technologies within our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system.

  • Design and develop Oracle FCCS solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with other groups to implement technologies within our EPM system.
  • Analyze business problems and provide best-fit architectural solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills in EPM, particularly in implementation, application development, and requirement gathering.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of income statements, balance sheets, consolidation processes, and financial reporting. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills:
  • EPM experience: 8+ years
  • Implementation of EPM cloud with strong application development process
  • Experience on FCCS/HFM and good knowledge on consolidation process
  • Experience in requirement gathering & solution design
  • Desired functional knowledge (understanding of income statement, balance sheet, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statements)
  • Solid functional knowledge of finance/accounting/general ledger/sub-ledgers
  • Good communication skills
  • Travel readiness
