Chemical Process Engineer

We are seeking a Chemical Process Engineer with experience in design, development and optimization of column internals to improve mass transfer and separation processes.

  • Design and optimize column internals to enhance mass transfer and separation efficiency.
  • Conduct process simulations and calculations for distillation, absorption and stripping applications.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and production teams to ensure the design feasibility and manufacturing compatibility of internals.
  • Perform hydraulic and efficiency calculations to recommend suitable internals for specific process requirements.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-efficiency solutions for our clients. They will work closely with sales and marketing teams to provide technical support and customer consultations.

The Chemical Process Engineer will be responsible for evaluating and troubleshooting operational issues in installed column internals to enhance performance. They will prepare detailed reports, datasheets and proposals for clients.

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
  • 2-5 years of process design experience.
  • Strong understanding of distillation, absorption, extraction and phase separation principles.
  • Knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat & mass transfer, thermodynamics and pressure drop calculations.
