">About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to support our financial operations within the organization.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans to ensure effective financial planning and reporting.
  • Forecasting & Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and business drivers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Variance Analysis: Identify and analyze variances between forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses to optimize financial performance.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Generate clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Model Building: Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand business needs to inform financial decision-making.
  • Financial Insights: Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance and efficiency.
">Required Skills & Experience:
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of power BI/ERP systems and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
  • Education: CA Inter/MBA Finance degree or equivalent.
