About the Role

We seek an experienced Business Solutions Architect to join our Customer Service Complex Data Solution team. As a key member, you will design and implement efficient business solutions in customer service complex data solutions.



Your Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end architecture expertise on technologies including Azure Cloud, Python, Snowflake, Teradata, Power BI, Matillion, and more.
  • Guide development teams with technical expertise to ensure business requirements are implemented as expected.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver business requirements, ensuring end-to-end solutions and application/data architecture.
  • Optimize existing solution performance and resource utilization.


Requirements

  • Well-versed in architecture design and software development experiences, especially in end-to-end application development.
  • Familiarity with development frameworks and analytics/problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of latest technology relations, such as machine learning, Python, and Agentic AI, and business knowledge of customer service experience.
  • Good knowledge of data modeling and experience in implementing customer-facing applications.
