This role focuses on bridging AI-driven insights with biological and chemical knowledge to identify novel small-molecule therapeutics.

\Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate protein–ligand binding interactions for fit, contact quality, and structural plausibility.\
  • Collaborate with AI/deep learning engineers to refine de novo molecular generation strategies using cutting-edge computational tools.\
  • Apply drug-likeness, ADMET, novelty, and selectivity criteria to prioritize compound candidates.\
  • Develop and lead ligand pose prediction workflows using state-of-the-art AI and computational docking tools.\
  • Work in close partnership with deep learning specialists to combine AI-driven insights with medicinal chemistry expertise.\
  • Lead the design of novel small-molecule therapeutics through the integration of AI-driven insights and chemical intuition.\
  • Prioritize compounds for synthesis/testing based on their potential to bind to target proteins.\
  • Evaluate the efficacy of novel compounds in various biochemical assays.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the development of novel therapeutics.\\(ul>
