Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Executive to join our team at 2coms in Pune. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, selling products and services, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by making the store experience interactive, engaging, and reassuring.
  • Follow the selling process and adhere to the standard operating procedure and policies of the organization.
  • Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
  • Use time effectively, even when not serving customers.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve communication skills and knowledge of SOPs.
  • Complete operational duties, including paperwork and sales reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Meet sales objectives by selling products and services.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in retail sales.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good command of spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels.
