Luxury Brand Sales Ambassador

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Executive to join our team at 2coms in Pune. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
About 2coms:2coms is India's largest and most definitive place for fine writing instruments and accessories, and a leader in personalised corporate-gifting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of products and services to customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Build customer confidence by making the store experience interactive, engaging, and reassuring.
- Follow the Selling process and adhere to the standard operating procedure and the policies of the Organization.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.
- Utilize time effectively, even when not serving customers.
- Invest time in upgrading communication skills, gaining knowledge of SOPs, and managing stock.
- Complete operational duties, including paperwork and sales reports as they relate to store opening and closing.
- Handle customer inquiries relating to product offerings, pricing, billing, etc.
- Meet established sales objectives by selling products and services.
- Handle customer escalations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand in an enclosed area 100% of your shift while assisting customers.
Requirements:
- 1+ Year working experience in Retail Sales.
- Must work during retail hours and be available to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed, highly motivated, aggressive, and possess a strong passion for doing sales.
- Good command of spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and can communicate with all levels.
Benefits:
- Salary will be between 20-30k per month.
- PF + ESIC.

Requirements:
2+ Year working experience in Retail Sales. Must work during retail hours and be available to work on weekends and public holidays. Well-groomed, highly motivated, aggressive, and possess a strong passion for doing sales. Good command of spoken English. Strong interpersonal skills and can communicate with all levels.
