**Job Title:** Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement strategies that drive growth on our YouTube channel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of video optimization, audience insights, and content creation principles.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow subscribers, views, and watch time on our YouTube channel.
  • Optimize titles, thumbnails, tags, end screens, and metadata for maximum reach and retention.
  • Manage the upload schedule and coordinate video releases for optimal performance.
  • Use YouTube Analytics, A/B testing, and performance trends to inform editorial and creative decisions.
  • Identify ways to increase audience retention and engagement through community posts, polls, and comments.
  • Work cross-functionally with editors, producers, and social media teams to ensure YouTube content aligns with brand and performance goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
