We are seeking a skilled Ideation Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and experienced professional to develop large-scale content IPs with great consumer traction. The successful candidate will ideate, help develop, and break down ideas into detailed actionable activities, while maintaining organic exposure for the brands and amplifying their reach where possible.

The ideal candidate will have strong creative 'big picture' ideation capabilities on factual and entertainment content across audio-visual formats and platforms. They should be able to identify, curate, and judge ideas and effective content/creative work, with a solid understanding of traditional and new age media formats and platforms.

The role also requires collaboration with revenue teams to sell initiatives as the go-to 'creative expert'. We are looking for someone with hands-on exposure to digital content and social media platforms, who can actively contribute to driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and help develop large-scale content IPs with great consumer traction.
  • Break down ideas into detailed actionable activities.
  • Maintain organic exposure for the brands and amplify their reach where possible.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of developing innovative content ideas.
  • Excellent creative writing and communication skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in audio-visual formats and platforms.
  • Familiarity with brand management principles.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2 to 12 years of overall experience in a relevant field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a TV channel, advertising, digital agency, content studio, or brand solutions team.
