Job Title: Process Safety Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Process Safety Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our offshore production facilities.

  • Achievement of competence in FPSO offshore production facilities, high-pressure gas processing systems, and oil/water/gas separation facilities.
  • Experience with process safety on floating production systems, LPG and LNG Storage and Treatment, BOP.
  • Development of process deliverables for Conceptual, FEED, and EPC projects.
  • Preparation of Hazardous Area Classification Schedules and Drawings.
  • Design of process safety for Production systems such as crude oil, produced water treatment, water injection, condensate treatment.
  • Design of process safety for Utility systems such as Potable water, sea water, closed cooling water, compressed air, instrument air, nitrogen, flare and vent, closed drain, chemical injection, fuel gas treatment.
  • Review and provide guidance on preparation of all discipline engineering and design deliverables including P&ID, datasheets.
  • Sizing of flare networks and its report using standard tools like Hysys, FlareNet etc.
Key Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in process safety engineering.
  3. Proven track record of delivering process safety deliverables for offshore production facilities.
