Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for data and customer journeys implementations.
  • Validate the integrity, mapping, and synchronization of customer data across Dataverse, data pipelines, and third-party integrations.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of customer journeys, segmentation logic, data ingestion pipelines, and marketing automations.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure product quality meets business and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with developers, data engineers, and marketing teams to proactively identify issues and validate resolutions.
  • Test API integrations, webhooks, and data pipelines related to customer insights within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Maintain test documentation, report bugs using appropriate tools, and track issues through resolution.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process and product quality improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, its schema, and data flow within the Power Platform.
  • Experience testing integrations with third-party systems (e.g., CDPs, email platforms, analytics tools).
  • Familiarity with D365 CRM (particularly Customer Service module) from a QA perspective.
  • Proficient in using tools for API testing, test case management, and defect tracking.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams.
