Senior Data Solutions Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data solutions team, you will play a critical role in identifying and documenting data types, modalities, and flows across complex systems and system landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand detailed data types, flows, and transformations relevant to our systems.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize data flows and transformations, increasing value to the business.
  • Take accountability for delivery of specific components or use cases.
  • Ensure documented data flows and transformations support development, execution, and operations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7 years' experience working in an IT environment with experience working in biostats and quantitative science data platforms.
  • Experience collaborating across geographical and organizational boundaries.
  • Advanced knowledge of Lean, 6 Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile methodology.
  • Hands-on experience identifying and documenting data types, data modalities, and data flows across complex systems and system landscapes.
