Job Title: State Head Commercial Vehicles
Job Summary:
At IDFC FIRST Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled State Head Commercial Vehicles to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the commercial vehicle segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial vehicle market, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them.
- Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends.
- Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and provide high-quality customer service.
- Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service.
- Responsible for Sales Targets of his/ her allocated State/ Area to handle TIV of said area with Portfolio / SOH building.
- Also ensure Cross sell and Profitability Targets are achieved regularly.
- Need to ensure team handling, recruitments, training of his assigned area/ Mapping of TIV.
- Align with credit and recovery for existing SOH to have delinquency in control.
- Presentation skills to present Bank time to time in various OEMs/ Customers.
- Market/ DSA’s/ RL Branches and Customers visits to make reputation of Bank as far as CV sales is concerned.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial vehicles.
- Graduation: Any Graduation
- Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation
