Advanced Data Systems Delivery Lead

The position of Advanced Data Systems Delivery Lead involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical Tier 1 systems, focusing on revenue management and high-impact use cases.

Responsibilities include leading project teams, ensuring solutions meet performance and scalability requirements, designing and implementing data architectures for large-scale distributed systems, and optimizing system topologies using AI-driven tools like ArcOne.

Technical expertise is required in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, as well as experience with data processing technologies like Apache Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, and Flink. Additionally, proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP is necessary.

Leadership skills are essential for managing a team of data engineers, architects, and performance engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of NFRs and SLAs for Tier 1 systems and experience in revenue management or similar domains.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in delivering advanced data systems or similar solutions, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role
  • Proven track record of deploying high-scale, mission-critical Tier 1 systems with real-time and batch workloads
