Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned team leader to drive operational efficiency and consistency across global teams. This role involves developing expertise in various client offerings, supporting client queries, and partnering with regional and global leads to effectively manage initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop expertise in different client offerings and workstations within areas like Fixed Income Analytics, Risk, Returns, etc.
  2. Independently support client queries, such as Fixed Income analytics, Returns, Terms and Conditions of Fixed Income instruments, etc.
  3. Become an SME in end-to-end services operations support for clients, including workflows, data validation, and other processes ensuring daily deliverables are met.
  4. Partner with regional and global leads, managers, directors of operations, and stakeholders to effectively manage initiatives.
  5. Drive operational efficiency focusing on consistency between global teams.
  6. Regular presentations for regional and global teams, including review of KPIs and key goals for the team.
  7. Educate cross-functional/geographical teams on Fixed Income products (Rates, Bonds, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Commodities).
  8. Lead projects that adhere to standards and continuous operations improvements.
  9. Act as a point of contact during shifts and be resourceful to support the team and stakeholders.
  10. Lead a team of at least seven members.
Eligibility Criteria
  • A postgraduate degree in MBA-Finance with three to five years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience in building effective business relationships with cross-functional/geographical teams.
  • Familiarity with Fixed Income products (Rates, Bonds, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Commodities) is required.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization.
  • Flexible to work in a hybrid model.
