Job Opportunity

As a Professional Services Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers achieve their objectives by implementing and maintaining software solutions.

The position involves managing customer goals, milestones, initiatives, and issues from beginning to resolution. You will implement and manage Data Dynamics software in customer environments, operate and use it to achieve customer objectives, develop custom reports for customers using the software and integrating it with other data repositories, and integrate it with other applications and processes within customer environments.

Technical support for all Data Dynamics products installed in enterprises with various servers, storage devices, operating systems, and applications is also required. Diagnostic techniques will be applied to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions while documenting problems, diagnostic actions performed, customer interactions, and next steps, and solutions implemented in the knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and taking ownership of customer goals, milestones, initiatives, and issues from beginning to resolution
  • Implementing and managing Data Dynamics software in customer environments
  • Operating and using Data Dynamics software in customer environments to achieve customer objectives
  • Developing and running custom reports for customers using Data Dynamics software and integrating it with other data repositories
  • Integrating Data Dynamics software with other applications and processes within customer environments
