Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Business Development team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing team of Business Development Managers and Associates.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with experience in leading teams to achieve sales-qualified leads targets. You will be responsible for directly managing 5+ Manager-level & 50+ Associates-level Pre-Sales executives, leading the team to improve performance and qualification rate, and counselling learning prospects to offer career advice and provide guidance on how our programs can accelerate their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage and develop a team of Business Development Managers and Associates.
  • Lead the team to achieve sales-qualified leads targets and improve performance and qualification rate.
  • Counsel learning prospects and provide guidance on how our programs can accelerate their career.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring the entire pre-sales closing life cycle for your assigned team.
  • Generate outcomes with optimal customer acquisition cost (CAC).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales/Pre-sales - Ed tech.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in managing and heading Sales/Pre-Sales teams.
  • A systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.
