We are seeking a Tax Specialist to join our team. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate complex tax issues and develop effective tax strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in direct tax and be able to analyze complex data and develop insightful recommendations.

You will also have strong communication skills and be able to effectively liaise with external stakeholders, including governments and other organizations.

The position is based in Mumbai and the salary range is competitive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of tax audit transfer pricing income tax returns and other statutory forms
  • Preparing submissions in response to notices from India
  • Providing consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications
  • Analyzing tax implications of certain incentives given to employees
  • Effectively liaising with external and internal stakeholders

Requirements:
